Oliver has over 13 years of Search and Interim recruitment experience. Oliver started his recruitment career in 1998, working with international companies placing technical CRM consultants into projects throughout EMEA. In 2002, he formed a specialist interim and search consultancy, with a focus on Infrastructure, Technology and Risk.

Oliver works extensively within Credit Risk (Modelling and Validation), Portfolio Risk and Analysis, Economic Capital, Quantitative Analysis and wider Group Risk disciplines. He has managed and concluded mandated and contingent assignments throughout EMEA for global financial institutions, Asset Managers and Funds.

Ben started his career within the financial markets in 1993. Working for major international banking groups, he worked predominantly within Fixed Income (REPO, FX and Money Market trading).

In 2000, Ben moved into Executive Search with a focus on the growing Risk Management sector. Initially specialising in Credit and Market Risk, Ben's coverage and knowledge grew to include broader areas of risk management, leading teams of consultants that recruited in Operational Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Financial, Insurance and Liquidity Risk.

Ben has managed and delivered numerous searches, including many high profile positions, across Europe, US, Asia and the Middle East.
