EXECUTIVE SEARCH

VRM offers a full service, bespoke search and selection service which is tailored to reflect the specific requirements of each assignment.

Before any search commences, we would meet with you to discuss the assignment brief. A series of deliverables would be pre-agreed as would the execution strategy in approaching candidates and the process thereafter.

VRM would then undertake, through the manipulation of proprietary data, internal and external research, a complete market mapping exercise to identify a relevant candidate long list from which a short list will be created.

VRM would then manage the subsequent interview and selection process through to offer management and acceptance.

CONTINGENT SEARCH

VRM maintain a very comprehensive database of risk professionals spanning all the risk areas we cover. Our industry leading database allows us to identify relevant candidates extremely quickly and against any requirement.

Given the specialist nature of many of our contingent assignments, we support any contingent campaign with extensive market mapping, research and direct approach to ensure all potential candidates are approached.

As required we can offer supplementary advertising to ensure the candidate reach is as broad as possible.

EXCLUSIVE RETENTION

VRM has a strong track record in Risk Recruitment. With clients where we have built sole supplier status, we have been exclusively retained to conduct all Risk related recruitment. Such agreements offer our clients obvious benefits. These can include reduced hiring costs, strategic alliance, competitive information or market intelligence.

Where a client has on-going recruitment needs in a specific field, we can ensure we are always providing a pipeline of relevant candidates, by way of a monthly or quarterly retainer fee.
